1. Delivery windows are specified for each product. If you select a breakfast product with a delivery window of 7 AM to 10 AM and another product with a different delivery window, both items will be delivered together during the earliest window, which will be from 7 AM to 10 AM.
2. Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes at each delivery point. After this time, undelivered orders will be returned to our delivery base.
3. Deliveries are made to the front of the chosen residence or location. Our delivery personnel will not enter buildings under any circumstances, nor will they use stairs or elevators for deliveries. Recipients (those receiving the gifts) must come to the street door to meet our delivery personnel.
4. If the delivery address is in a Red Zone and/or high-risk area, which complicates delivery due to safety concerns for our delivery vehicle and staff, the following applies: The person receiving the gift must approach our delivery vehicle in the safest area, as advised by the delivery driver.
5. For special dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, International Women’s Day, Father’s Day, Children’s Day, National Holidays, and Christmas, only orders from the category corresponding to the ongoing campaign will be accepted.
